Delivery services are available within the United States. Free shipping promotions are for ground shipping in the contiguous USA only and does not Include Islands. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items before signing the delivery acknowledgment form. Delivery fees are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged please photograph damaged box and any other damage to present to carrier. You can also request to pick up your order.
Defective parts 
In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives with a defective part we will replace it Free of charge Including shipping cost.  You must notify us Immediately if there is a defective part with a description and photos of the defect. Please note bamboo is a natural product. Surface checks and slight variations in tone are natural and not considered a defect. Stained Items such as Ebony or Bronze will make surface checks and deep grain lines more visible. Deep grain lines can not be sanded out as they are a natural element in the bamboo surface just like knots are in wood. In some cases wood filler will be added.  All our finish work is done by hand and inspected before packing. We take great pride in our work to deliver you a quality product. 
Order cancelations and Returns
Canceled orders. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours. There will be a $30 cancelation fee. Once your order has shipped it can NOT be canceled.
Returns. JamRacks music studio furniture is a unique high quality product made in the USA and is guaranteed to be free of defects. If you are not completely satisfied you may contact us to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in new condition in Its original box. There will be a 15% warehouse, repacking, restocking fee.
